Role Description The Area Business Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for driving business growth and profitability within the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing and supporting branch and channel teams,



and ensuring achievement of sales targets across life insurance products. The Area Business Head will monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and implement action plans to improve productivity, customer acquisition, and retention. The position includes building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners, corporate stakeholders, and key customers while ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies. The role also requires coaching and mentoring team members, promoting a high-performance culture, and supporting digital and customer-centric initiatives aligned with IndiaFirst Life’s “CustomerFirst” philosophy.
