About the Role

We are looking for a high-calibre GCC HR Solutions & Delivery manager who can combine strong HR process expertise, HR technology, client delivery and business solutioning.

The role will be responsible for supporting clients in setting up and scaling GCCs, building processes, driving HR technology and automation, and ensuring successful transition into steady-state delivery.

The ideal candidate will also be a strong client-facing solution partner, supporting BD teams in discovery, solution design, RFPs, proposals, presentations and account expansion.

Lead HR workstreams for current GCC setup and expansion projects.
Define HR processes, policies, SOPs, governance frameworks and SLAs.
Support transition and migration of HR processes from client/internal teams into managed services.
Build scalable HR operations suitable for growing GCCs.
Provide expertise across onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, HR operations, PMS, rewards, employee relations, compliance and offboarding.
Identify process gaps and implement standardisation and continuous improvement.




Build process documentation, SOPs, RACI, SLA and governance frameworks.
Establish operational dashboards and performance metrics.
Partner with HR technology teams to design and implement HRMS solutions.
Map business requirements into system workflows and technology solutions.
Identify opportunities for automation, AI and workflow optimisation.
Drive reduction of manual processes, errors and turnaround time.
Support HR technology implementation and process integration.
Own or support delivery of HR managed-services engagements.
Act as a senior client-facing SPOC for HR operations and transformation.
Establish governance mechanisms, review operational KPIs and manage escalations.
Ensure delivery against agreed SLAs, quality standards and timelines.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion.
