Role Description The Corporate Relations Executive – Hyderabad (Placements) is a full time, on-site role responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring organizations to support student placements. In this role, the executive will identify and approach potential corporate partners, present Codegnan’s training offerings, and secure placement opportunities for learners.



Day-to-day tasks include coordinating campus recruitment drives, organizing placement events, maintaining placement records, and regularly communicating with both companies and students regarding openings and interview processes. The executive will collaborate with internal training and academic teams to align student skills with market requirements and share feedback from employers. The role also involves tracking placement outcomes, preparing reports for management, and representing Codegnan professionally at external meetings and events in Hyderabad.
