About REOR
REOR Consulting is a retail technology and analytics company helping retailers and consumer brands improve inventory productivity through data-driven planning, forecasting, allocation, replenishment and inventory optimisation.
We work with businesses across fashion, lifestyle, footwear, consumer brands, D2C and other retail sectors.
We are looking for energetic and commercially curious interns who want hands-on exposure to B2B sales, retail technology, lead generation and CRM management.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility will be to help build and manage REOR's B2B sales pipeline.
You will:
Research retailers, consumer brands, D2C companies and FMCG businesses that could benefit from REOR.
Identify target companies based on business size, retail presence, channels and inventory complexity.
Research the right decision makers within target companies.
Identify roles such as CEO,



COO, Head of Merchandising, Head of Planning, Head of Supply Chain, Head of Modern Trade, Head of E-commerce/Q-Commerce and other relevant leaders.
Build and continuously improve REOR's prospect database.
Find and validate publicly available business and professional contact information.
Qualify prospects based on REOR's target customer criteria.
Maintain accurate company, contact and opportunity information in the CRM.
Track every lead, conversation, follow-up and next action.
Support outreach through email, LinkedIn and other approved channels.
Personalise outreach instead of sending generic mass messages.
Follow up with prospects and help schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations.
Research company developments such as store expansion, funding, new channels, leadership changes and business growth that may create a sales prospect.
Track inbound leads generated through REOR's website
