Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical, or a related field. Networking certifications or pursuing (CCNA, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's IT and networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of networking devices, NAS, and office IT infrastructure, along with robust troubleshooting and analytical skills. The role also serves as the centralized networking escalation point for the in-office Technical Support team — handling complex, large-site networking issues raised by partners that the Support team is unable to resolve on a standard call — and ensures the availability and management of technical inventory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network & IT Infrastructure
• Configure, maintain,



and troubleshoot office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and internet connectivity.
• Set up and maintain NAS devices, local servers, and other office IT infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and ensure stable, secure, and reliable connectivity across the organization.
• Maintain network documentation, IP addressing records, and infrastructure configurations.
• Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors for network-related requirements and issue resolution.
2. Technical Escalation Support
• Act as the centralized networking escalation point for the in-office Technical Support team when a partner's site-networking issue cannot be resolved on a standard support call.
• Diagnose and resolve complex networking and connectivity issues at partner sites — typically larger or multi-node deployments involving routing, switching, VLANs, or Wi-Fi coverage/interference
