Senior Web Consultant / On-Call Supervisor
? Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
? Work Mode: On-Site
? Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST
? Working Days: Monday – Friday
? Saturday & Sunday: OFF
? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives

? What You'll Do

Speak with Australian business owners and decision-makers
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups
Understand website and digital marketing requirements
Recommend suitable website, SEO, eCommerce and digital marketing solutions
Present proposals and explain service benefits
Handle objections and negotiate professionally
Convert qualified opportunities into customers




Maintain strong prospect and client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Support and supervise the calling/sales team when required

⭐ What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Experience in website sales, digital marketing sales, IT sales or web consulting
Excellent spoken English
Confident communication and presentation skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Excellent follow-up skills
Comfortable with outbound calling
Ability to speak confidently with business owners
Understanding of websites and digital marketing
Target-oriented and commercially driven mindset

? Salary + Incentives
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
