? We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive | Karespot | Dehradun (On-site)

Karespot is growing, and we're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help us scale our digital growth engine. If you love working with numbers as much as creatives and get a thrill from turning ad spend into real business results, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels
* Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates) and turn data into actionable insights.
* Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
* Manage budgets efficiently to hit growth and ROI targets
* Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to bring campaign ideas to life

What we're looking for:




* 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / digital advertising
* Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.)
* Strong analytical mindset with comfort in Excel/Sheets and campaign dashboards
* Ownership mentality and a bias for testing, learning, and iterating quick
* Based in or willing to relocate to Dehradun
