Role Description The Sales & Operations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Gandhidham. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, including lead follow-up, client communication, and coordination of service proposals and quotations.



The role involves overseeing operational execution for vessel-related services, ensuring timely delivery of ship stores, safety surveys, and reception services in alignment with client requirements. The executive will monitor service performance, maintain accurate records, and support process improvements to optimize efficiency and compliance. Regular collaboration with internal teams, port authorities, and customers is expected to ensure smooth operations and sustained client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management and coordination of service orders.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting operational data, identifying trends, and supporting decisions that improve efficiency.
Knowledge of marine or logistics operations, port procedures, or related service
