Role Overview
This isn't your conventional sales role.
This isn't purely business development either.
As a Growth Specialist, you'll wear multiple hats—Business Development, CRM, Founder's Office, and Customer Success. You'll work directly with leadership, build relationships, identify opportunities, coordinate projects, and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, thinking strategically, and taking ownership, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do
Generate and qualify recent business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.




Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and product demonstrations.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are communicated accurately and projects move forward efficiently.
Support the Founder's Office with market research, business initiatives, partnerships, and strategic projects.
Develop outreach campaigns and contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition and business growth.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, meeting notes, and follow-up schedules.
Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and business documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Represent RePut.ai professionally during meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and client interactions.
