Role Description The RMC Operations and Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the ready-mix concrete plant. The role includes managing batching operations, coordinating logistics for timely deliveries, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety,



and environmental standards. This role involves planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal production capacity. The Manager will lead and guide on-site teams, monitor performance, and provide training to support safe and efficient operations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with project teams and customers, resolving operational issues, optimizing resource usage, and preparing regular reports on production, maintenance, and service levels.
