Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities through networking, referrals, field visits, and lead generation.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customers' financial protection and insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Promote insurance products such as life, health, motor, general, or other relevant insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Explain policy features, benefits, terms, exclusions, and premium details clearly to prospective customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, banking,



financial services, or insurance. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
