Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in the BIM/AEC industry to generate recent business, develop client relationships, manage leads, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Identify new business opportunities within the BIM/AEC sector.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and international clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals and quotations.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Maintain CRM, sales pipeline,



and regular business development reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

2+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in BIM/AEC

Good understanding of BIM services such as Revit, BIM Modelling, MEPF, Scan to BIM, Clash Detection, and Coordination.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-management skills.

Experience with international clients is an added advantage.
