We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

Industry: Beauty & Personal Care | Third-Party Manufacturing

Are you someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing projects, and working closely with multiple teams to bring new beauty & personal care products to life?

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and act as the key link between our clients and internal cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Packaging, R&D;, Production/Factory, Quality and other cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
- Manage recent product development projects from initial client requirement through development and production.
- Understand client requirements, timelines, product specifications and commercial expectations.
- Coordinate packaging development, samples, product trials, revisions and approvals.
- Follow up on project milestones and ensure timely execution.
- Handle Key Account Management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.




- Identify opportunities for new products, repeat business and account growth.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
- Resolve project-related issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines and client feedback.

- Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.

Location: Mohali Experience: Freshers or 2-3 years (preferred)

Salary: As per experience / Competitive
