Role overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a critical role in shaping our product, driving client success, and bridging the gap between schools and technology. This is a high-impact role that combines business analysis, product ownership, solution consulting, and implementation leadership.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, commercially aware, and confident in engaging with school owners, principals, and senior administrators. They will lead product demonstrations, gather requirements, translate them into product enhancements, work closely with the technology team, and ensure the successful delivery and adoption of our product.

Key responsibilities

Product ownership & strategy

· Take ownership of product modules and drive continuous improvement.

· Gather market insights, client feedback, and operational requirements to shape product enhancements.

· Define feature requirements, workflows, and user journeys.

· Prioritize product improvements based on customer impact and business goals.

· Work closely with the leadership team on product roadmap planning and execution.

Business analysis

· Understand school administrative processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

· Create BRDs, functional requirement documents, process maps, and user stories.





· Translate client needs into actionable product specifications for the technology team.

Client engagement & solution consulting

· Conduct high-quality product demonstrations and solution presentations.

· Meet prospective and existing clients independently.

· Explain technical features, AI capabilities, integrations, and workflows with clarity and confidence.

· Act as a trusted advisor to school leadership during the evaluation and implementation process.

Technology & implementation coordination

· Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

· Supervise feature development from requirement definition to release.

· Participate in sprint planning, feature validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Ensure product releases align with client expectations and business objectives.

Implementation & customer success

· Lead implementation planning for partner schools.

· Train administrators and school teams on product usage and best practices.

· Resolve functional and operational queries.

· Monitor product adoption, user engagement, and implementation success.

Cross-functional leadership

· Coordinate between sales, product, technology, operations, and customer success teams.

· Support enterprise client meetings and strategic presentations.





· Develop product documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.

· Drive process improvements across implementation and product operations.

Required qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, solution consulting, SaaS, ERP, or EdTech.

· Strong understanding of software products, product development processes, and business workflows.

· Experience working with technology teams and managing product requirements.

· Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred skills

· Experience with ERP systems, school management software, CRM platforms, or enterprise applications.

· Understanding of AI-enabled products and digital transformation.

· Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.

· Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

· Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
