The Role

We're looking for a part-time Designer to own the visual side of our marketing – the person who makes Owlyn look as good as it works. You'll create the graphics, social content, website visuals, and video assets that carry our brand across every channel. This is a great fit if you want meaningful ownership over a brand's visual identity without a full-time commitment.

You'll work closely with our marketing team across India and the US, with a few hours of overlap with our US (EST) team each week for syncs and reviews.

What You'll Do

- Design visuals for social media (mostly LinkedIn) – static posts, carousels, and short-form video/motion content
- Create and maintain website visuals – hero graphics, illustrations, banners, landing page assets
- Design marketing collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, email graphics, case studies, ad creatives
- Edit and produce short marketing/product videos and animated snippets
- Keep visual output consistent with Owlyn's brand guidelines,



and help evolve them as the brand grows
- Turn rough briefs from marketing/founders into polished, on-brand visuals with minimal back-and-forth

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience as a designer, ideally with SaaS, tech, or startup brands
- Solid portfolio showing social media, web, and marketing collateral (please share a link)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent); basic video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut-level proficiency is fine)
- An eye for clean, modern, conversion-focused design – not just "pretty," but effective
- Comfortable working independently and async, with reliable availability for a few overlap hours with EST during the week
- Good written communication in English
