Branch Manager Gold Loans

Location-Kanina Rewari Road Haryana

- Manage end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth gold loan processing.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to achieve business and collection targets.
- Handle customer acquisition, gold loan disbursal, renewals, repayments, and closures.
- Ensure proper gold valuation, security, cash management, KYC, and documentation.
- Monitor branch portfolio, collections, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular team reviews and support employee performance and development.

Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in team handling/people management.
- Experience in Gold Loans / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, customer handling, and target-oriented skills.
