Position: BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler

Experience: 4-6 Years

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Industry: Construction / PMC

Project Experience:

Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale building projects is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
- Relevant BIM certification/training will be an added advantage.

Key Disciplines: Hands-on experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

- Architecture
- Structure
- Interior Fit-Out
- Faade
- Steel Structure

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain LOD 300400 BIM models based on project requirements, with strong hands-on experience in LOD 400 modelling and shop-drawing deliverables.
- Prepare detailed LOD 400 shop drawings for construction, fabrication, and installation.
- Develop accurate and coordinated BIM models for Architecture, Structure, Interior Fit-Out, Faade, and Steel Structure works.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, fabrication drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and installation details.
- Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines and identify design, coordination, and construction conflicts.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
- Review design drawings and convert them into accurate and constructible BIM models.
- Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and client/consultant requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, consultants, fabricators, subcontractors,



and site execution teams.
- Incorporate design revisions, RFIs, coordination comments, and site changes into BIM models and drawings.
- Prepare BIM-based quantity information and schedules where required.
- Support the BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator in model reviews, coordination, issue resolution, and project deliverables.
- Maintain proper BIM model structure, naming conventions, worksets, families, parameters, and project standards.
- Perform basic model and drawing QA/QC before submission.
- Prepare and update as-built BIM models and drawings based on site changes and final installation conditions.
- Identify constructability issues and support practical BIM-based solutions.

Software Skills Mandatory:

- Autodesk Revit
- Navisworks Manage Clash Detection & Coordination
- AutoCAD

Preferred:

- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
- Dynamo / BIM automation tools
- Knowledge of other BIM coordination and visualization tools

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Revit modelling.
- Positive understanding of LOD 300/350/400 and construction/fabrication deliverables.
- Good knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, MEP, shop, and construction drawings.




- Understanding of construction methodology and constructability requirements.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, naming conventions, families, parameters, worksets, and model organization.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and site teams.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, information management, and project BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 principles will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 46 years of relevant BIM experience.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise residential/building projects will be preferred.
- Strong experience in Revit + Navisworks.
- Experience in LOD 300–400 modelling, shop drawings, BIM coordination, and clash detection.
- Practical exposure to site coordination and constructability issues will be preferred.
- Experience in preparing/updating as-built models and drawings will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, fabricators, and site execution teams will be preferred.
- Ability to independently handle assigned BIM modelling, coordination, and drawing deliverables.
