Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized beauty advice to customers, recommending products based on their skin type, hair type, and personal preferences.
- Conduct makeup consultations to help customers achieve their desired look using various makeup techniques and products.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in the beauty industry as a beautician or beauty advisor.
- Robust understanding of cosmetics, skincare, haircare, perfumes, luxury lifestyle brands.
- Excellent customer handling skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
