Eligibility
- 10 & 12th pass and Graduate Freshers can apply.
- candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience can apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle backend/process-related tasks for the process.
- Process and maintain customer/account-related information accurately.
- Follow defined process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and quality while handling assigned tasks.
- Meet process-specific productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Shift & Work Details
- UK 247 rotational shifts.
- 5 days working (9.5 hours per day).
- 2 rotational week-offs assigned as per business requirements.
