Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Python/FastAPI) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building scalable backend systems that form the core of our health-tech solutions. The features you develop will directly influence performance, reliability, and user experience across our platform. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain RESTful & WebSocket APIs using FastAPI.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to design and integrate APIs.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Manage and optimize database interactions (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
- Implement secure authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2).
- Build asynchronous applications leveraging Python async features.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain backend services on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.).
- Use Git for version control and follow collaborative workflows.
- Debug, test, and resolve backend issues to ensure smooth performance.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong command of Python and FastAPI
- Experience with JWT / OAuth2 authentication
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming




- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
- Familiar with Git and cooperative development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional tea

Primary skills :Python, FastAPI,RESTapi,websocket,PostgreSql,AWS, Git,RDBMS Secoundry skills : Azure , Postman,Swagger, Docker,Redis,Celery,CI/CD

Main Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI
- Strong knowledge of REST API development
- Good experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience implementing WebSocket / real-time communication
- Understanding of backend architecture and API design
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Experience with API testing and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman
- Good understanding of Git and version control
- Basic knowledge of AWS EC2,RDS,S3,CloudFront,IAM
- Knowledge of debugging, error handling, logging, and performance optimization

Nice to Have (Optional)

- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
