Role Description The B2B Europe Ops role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing day-to-day operations for Europe-focused travel products, including coordinating itineraries, bookings, and confirmations for holidays, hotels, transfers, rail services, and cruises.

Responsibilities include handling partner queries, preparing quotations, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining service quality and timelines. The role also requires close collaboration with sales teams and suppliers, monitoring booking pipelines, resolving operational issues,



and contributing to process improvements and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for pricing, itinerary comparison, and operational issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities to support B2B inquiries, upsell services, and maintain partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end booking workflows and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to manage multiple files, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Knowledge of European destinations, travel products, and booking platforms is beneficial.
- Prior experience in B2B travel operations or tour operations is preferred.
