Study Abroad Counsellor – Canada, UK & USA

? Work Mode

Remote / Work from Home – India

? Shift

Night Shift – aligned with EST & PST time zones

? Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students interested in studying in Canada, UK and USA.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, budget and preferences.
- Recommend suitable courses, universities/colleges and study pathways.
- Handle student consultations from initial enquiry through application.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into applications.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, intakes and documentation.
- Coordinate with application, documentation and immigration teams.




- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on changing admission and study-abroad requirements.
- Provide a professional and transparent counselling experience to students and their families.

✅ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in study-abroad counselling / international education.
- Strong knowledge of Canada, UK and/or USA education systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, follow-up and student-conversion abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and handling leads.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.

⭐ Preferred

Experience handling high-volume leads, counselling targets and end-to-end student applications will be an advantage.
