Job Overview:

Lead the selling and delivery of cutting-edge AI projects in the Life Sciences R&D; space, with a core focus on Clinical Development Optimization. Partner with clients, data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to operationalize AI-enabled solutions, including foundation AI simulation capabilities. Drive project execution, client engagement, and contribute to the growth of AI consulting capabilities within Pharma R&D.;

Job Responsibility:

- Support and contribute to the sales cycle, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, client presentations, and solution design.
- Act as a trusted day-to-day advisor to client stakeholders across Pharma and Life Sciences organizations.
- Identify opportunities where AI-driven simulation and optimization can deliver measurable value in Clinical R&D.;
- Lead the delivery of innovative AI projects, including emerging and first-in-class AI solutions.
- Develop compelling client narratives and value propositions around AI capabilities.
- Own project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising consultants, data scientists, engineers, and clinical experts.
- Contribute to foundation model initiatives and translate them into client-ready applications.
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions across clinical development use cases.




- Collaborate with technology partners across AI, cloud, and analytics ecosystems.
- Support capability development, mentoring, and thought leadership activities.
- Foster an agile, collaborative, and impact-driven project culture.

Technical/Required Skills:

- Strong experience delivering AI/ML and analytics-driven consulting engagements.
- Knowledge of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Experience working with clinical trial data, real-world data (RWD), omics, and structured/unstructured datasets.
- Consulting and client stakeholder management experience.
- Project leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Robust communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of AI solution architecture and deployment.

Good to have Skills/Experience:

- Experience with top-tier consulting firms.
- Exposure to Real-World Evidence (RWE), trial optimization, and biomarker-related use cases.
- Knowledge of regulatory and data governance frameworks such as HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Experience with AWS, Azure ML, Databricks, and foundation model ecosystems.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, and other GenAI platforms.
- Exposure to agentic AI frameworks and modern AI development workflows.
- Experience contributing to thought leadership, publications, and industry presentations.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred.
