Responsible for managing end-to-end supply planning, inventory management, and demand-supply alignment to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and achievement of business targets. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive effective production planning, customer service, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply planning and inventory across the supply chain.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Develop and execute supply plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.
- Prepare and finalize production and manufacturing plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
- Monitor and drive production output to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain agreed service levels.
- Lead demand-supply alignment through regular reviews with key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Track critical products and inventory positions, providing regular updates to stakeholders.




- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze supply chain performance and recommend improvements for inventory optimization and process efficiency.

Experience: 5-8 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or other process-driven industries with exposure to supply planning, inventory management, and production planning functions.
