Own end to end collection performance for the area
- Manage, monitor, and drive performance of Agency Managers and agencies
- Achieve monthly collection, resolution, and rollback targets
- Monitor bucket wise delinquency (DPD, flow rates, NPA movement)
- Control slippages and improve collection efficiency
- Ensure agencies adhere to bank SOPs, RBI guidelines, and FPC
- Conduct field visits, audits, and compliance checks
- Handle escalations, sensitive customers, and complaint resolution
- Coordinate with Credit, Ops, and Legal teams for recovery actions
- Review MIS and share risks, gaps, and action plans
