Position: Archviz Project Coordinator

Location: Remote

Shift: US Shift (EST/EDT)

Mandatory Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Pay Range: 5.4Lpa to 7.2Lpa

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator specializing in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) for a minimum 1-year contract, with the potential for extension. The role involves coordinating closely with international clients—primarily across North America���and supporting the production team through image preparation, photo editing, and final compositing for premium architectural render outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the key communication link between clients (Architects, Developers, Interior Designers) and the internal production teams (3D Artists, Draftsmen, Designers).
- Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and required deliverables including: Photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours and panoramic imagery, Walkthrough / animation videos, CAD and technical drawings,
- Provide creative and technical direction to enhance visualization outcomes.
- Oversee post-production tasks and ensure final images meet quality standards before delivery.
- Interpret, summarize,



and translate client feedback into clear, actionable instructions for the team.
- Support additional coordination or project-related tasks when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory
- Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, ideally with exposure to international (especially US/Canada) clients.
- Robust understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline.
- 3 to 5 years industry experience (architecture) minimum.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural and interior design drawings.
- Solid grounding in architectural and design terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong visual and aesthetic judgement with an eye for detail.

Contract Details

Duration: minimum 1 year (renewable based on performance and business requirements)
