We're a multi brand D2C operator. Built in India, operating globally. Our lead health and wellness brand is profitable, growing fast, and scaling its Meta ad spend aggressively every single month. The bottleneck right now is editing speed. This is the first thing we're looking for.

The work: you cut UGC style performance ads from scripts our creative strategist writes. You produce AI native content, avatar UGC, AI voice, generated b roll. You ship fast, daily. Your ads go live with real budget behind them.

We screen for three things.

- Robust AI video work, show us what you've made.
- An AI native workflow. You can tell us what replaced what in your toolkit this year.
- Speed. This is a high output seat.





Comp is base salary plus performance bonuses, the better your work performs, the more you earn. Simple as that.

Not for you if you polish one perfect cut a week, or your toolkit hasn't changed in a year.
