Role Overview

Reporting to the Research Training Coordinator (Professor)

Preferred Age Group: Fresh Engineering graduates and Data Scientists, Data Analysts / recent passouts from premier Engineering Institutes/Colleges

Minimum 90% in Mathematics and Science in Class 10 or Class 12

As a Research Trainee, you will work closely with senior scientists on active AI research projects, while also receiving structured exposure to the broader startup and research ecosystem.

Core Research Work

- Hands-on AI/ML research under senior scientist mentorship

Perspective Training In addition to core research work, trainees will receive structured exposure to:

- Setting up and running a startup

- Philosophy and psychology (as part of holistic development)

- IT skills and AI tool familiarity

- Presentation and professional grooming

Eligibility Criteria

- Academics: Minimum 90% in Mathematics and Science in Class 10 or Class 12





- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience: None required — open to fresh graduates

- Mindset: Willingness to work in a high-intensity, research-driven startup environment

Compensation & Perks

- Stipend: ₹ 20,000 ₹ 50,000 per month, based on Institute,and performance evaluation

- Statutory Benefits: Not applicable (trainee/internship engagement)

- Excellent career chance during and after the internship once assigned to a Funded Startup in AI / deep tech .

- The Incubation center will be investing heavily on your training and grooming
