Hiring: AI GTM & Commercialization Lead | 0→1 Role | India (Global Mandate)

Do you understand AI, enterprise technology, and how to convert emerging tech into real commercial outcomes?

We're partnering with a global technology services organization that has just launched a dedicated AI Investments & Go-To-Market function — and we're looking for the person to help build it from the ground up.

? Location: Anywhere in India | Mandate: Global

This is a rare 0→1 mandate: building and commercializing AI businesses on a global scale.

What you'll own:

? Identify high-potential AI and Enterprise SaaS opportunities

? Evaluate AI companies and technologies through a commercial and market lens

? Shape investment and partnership decisions that strengthen the AI portfolio

? Design GTM strategies for AI platforms and solutions

? Map target industries, customers, and new market opportunities

? Build enterprise propositions and commercialization models

? Engage CXOs and Fortune 500 / Global enterprise and large enterprise clients directly

? Create new 0→1 revenue streams around AI

? Partner closely with founders, investors, Product, Sales, Delivery, and senior leadership

Who we're looking for:

We're open to candidates from three backgrounds:

1. AI / Technology Strategy Consulting — professionals from leading strategy consulting teams working on AI,



emerging tech, digital transformation, or new business strategy.

2. VC / PE — AI & SaaS Investments — professionals who evaluate AI/Enterprise SaaS companies and can connect investment opportunities to commercial outcomes.

3. Corporate VC / Technology GTM — professionals from tech companies with experience in AI, GTM, or ecosystem-led growth.

What you bring:

? Engineering from IITs or top-tier institutions — essential

? MBA from IIMs / ISB or equivalent — preferred

? 4–10 years of experience

? Robust grasp of the AI / Enterprise Technology landscape

? Strong GTM, commercialization, and business-building orientation

? Confidence engaging CXOs, founders, and senior leadership

? An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building from zero

This role sits at the intersection — not squarely in any one lane:

Not a pure sales role. Not a pure investment role. Not a hands-on technology role.

It's for someone who looks at an emerging AI capability and asks:

"Where's the market? Who buys it? How do we package it? How do we scale it into a real business?"
