Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shivpuri for agents participating in a recruitment drive at LIC. Agents will identify prospective customers, explain LIC’s insurance products, and support individuals in selecting suitable policies that meet their financial protection and savings goals. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting client meetings, following up on leads, completing documentation, and ensuring timely policy issuance.





Agents will also maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders, provide customer service support, and promote new plans as needed. The role requires working closely with local LIC offices, adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines, and meeting sales and service targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to present insurance solutions, close agreements, and achieve individual and team targets.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting and Hiring skills to identify, encourage, and support potential recent agents during recruitment drives.
- Good interpersonal skills, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of financial or insurance products is preferred; prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Shivpuri, manage field work, and travel locally as required.
- Minimum educational qualification as per LIC and regulatory requirements; higher education in business, finance, or related fields is beneficial.
