Role Description The Agency Recruitment Development Manager is responsible for driving agency growth by recruiting, onboarding, and developing insurance advisors and agency partners. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vasai Virar and involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the agency channel. The role includes planning and executing local recruitment campaigns, organizing training sessions, and coaching newly onboarded advisors to achieve sales and productivity targets.

The manager will work closely with regional leadership to implement business development strategies, monitor performance metrics,



and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Ongoing responsibilities include relationship management with agency partners, performance reviews, and supporting advisors in delivering high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in agency recruitment, sales team hiring, or channel development in insurance or financial services.
- Strong skills in business development, target planning, and performance tracking, with the ability to drive growth in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and coaching or mentoring teams for improved productivity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse candidates and advisors.
- Ability to work in office in Vasai Virar, with strong local market awareness and willingness to conduct field activities as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications in insurance or sales management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial products distribution is highly preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or recruitment tracking systems to manage pipelines and performance data.
