– ADVENTURE PARK INSTRUCTOR

Position: Adventure Park Instructor

Department: Adventure Park

Reporting To: Adventure Park HOD / Operations Manager

Job Purpose

- The Adventure Park Instructor is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of adventure activities, guiding guests, providing activity instructions, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and supervise adventure activities as per safety standards and SOPs.
- Brief guests about activity rules, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment.
- Demonstrate the correct use of safety equipment and activity techniques.
- Ensure all guests wear and use the required safety gear properly.
- Monitor participants throughout the activity and provide assistance when required.
- Conduct daily inspections of rides, equipment, harnesses, helmets, ropes, and other safety materials.
- Immediately report damaged or unsafe equipment to the concerned Manager/HOD.
- Ensure activities are operated only after completing all required safety checks.
- Maintain discipline and prevent unsafe behavior by guests.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and follow emergency response procedures.
- Provide basic first-aid assistance, where trained and authorized.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the activity area.
- Coordinate with team members, supervisors, security, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily activity, safety inspection, and equipment check records.
- Report incidents, accidents,



guest complaints, and safety concerns immediately to the reporting manager.
- Attend training programs, safety drills, and team meetings.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in adventure activities, outdoor recreation, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act responsibly during emergencies.
- Team player with a robust sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response is an added advantage.
- A trained Certificate in Adventure Activities or a relevant field is preferred.
