About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a solid background in the hospitality industry to manage the accounting operations of our hotel/resort property at Ratanpur Border, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel/resort.

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure billing accuracy.

Monitor daily collections, cash transactions, bank transactions, and payment settlements.





Monitor expenses and assist management in cost control and budgeting.

Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.

Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits.

Manage hotel inventory, stock records, purchases, and consumption.

Verify purchase invoices, supplier bills, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and account-related matters.

Work closely with management for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
