Role Description The Accountant at adsmagnify.com will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, as well as preparing reports and analyses for management decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring close collaboration with leadership and operational teams to support accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis tools.
- Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks relevant to business operations in India.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an agency, consulting, or services-based organization is preferred but not mandatory.
