Position: Account Manager – Q-Commerce & E-Commerce

Location: South Delhi

Role Overview

We are particularly looking for someone who has hands-on experience in FMCG staples, especially categories such as:

? Atta / Flour

? Rice

? Dal / Pulses

? Sooji / Maida

?️ Edible Oils

? Other everyday grocery categories

Candidate Profile : What we’re looking for

5–10 years of FMCG sales / key account experience

Strong experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart & BigBasket

Experience in Modern Trade / E-commerce / Q-commerce

Solid understanding of category management, promotions, pricing & margins

Experience negotiating with key accounts and category teams

Ability to manage revenue, trade spends, visibility and availability

- Delhi NCR based preferred

Key Responsibilities

Most importantly:



We want someone who understands both staples and Q-commerce.

Manage day-to-day relationships and business with key Q-Commerce & E-Commerce platforms.

Drive sales, revenue growth, visibility and profitability across accounts.

Plan promotions, pricing, assortment and platform-specific growth initiatives.

Monitor inventory, availability, sales trends and account performance.

Coordinate with internal teams for supply, marketing, finance and operations.

Analyse account data and prepare regular performance reports.

Identify new opportunities to improve category growth and market share.

Salary : As per Industry standards
