Role Overview :-

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our Hisar team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide career counselling, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities -

Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career paths, and program outcomes

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings

Guide students through the admission process, including documentation and enrollment





Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems

Meet and exceed admission targets and conversion ratios

Conduct follow-ups with interested candidates and nurture leads

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for campaigns and events

Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

1–4 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or sales (education sector preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
