Overview
We're looking for someone who can find the right people, fast — and get them to actually deliver, not just fill seats. As our HR Intern, you'll own the full hiring loop for our Digital Marketing and Campus Ambassador roles: sourcing, screening, onboarding, and supporting new hires through their first performance milestone. If you're proactive, comfortable on LinkedIn and job boards, and like owning outcomes rather than just tasks — this is built for you.
What You'll Do
Source candidates via Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, college groups, and referrals
Screen applicants and run short intro conversations to assess fit
Shortlist and onboard selected candidates with JD, offer letter, and onboarding material
Clearly set expectations with every hire on their individual performance target
Track your hiring pipeline — contacted, screened,



hired — in a shared tracker
Support your hires through their first 10 days, following up and unblocking early confusion
Report weekly on hiring pipeline status and target completion
Targets & Stipend
Your goal: onboard 30 candidates (paid + unpaid, Digital Marketing / Campus Ambassador roles) within your first 5 days. Each hire then gets a 10-day window to hit their own referral target — 3 confirmed registrations for paid hires, 1 for unpaid hires.
Once 15 of your 30 hires independently complete their target, you earn the ₹3,000 stipend
This is a performance-linked stipend, not a flat guaranteed amount — it activates once the 15-of-30 milestone is hit
