Role Description The Branch Manager – Direct Vertical is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading and managing the branch’s direct sales operations for life insurance products. The role involves overseeing daily branch activities,



driving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring. This role includes developing and executing local business development initiatives, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service and persistency. The Branch Manager will collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement strategic initiatives, monitor key performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights on branch performance.
