Role Description The Sales Executive role at Tvisva Jewels LLP is a full time, on-site position based in Shahkot. The Sales Executive is responsible for engaging customers in the showroom, understanding their preferences, and presenting suitable jewelry pieces that align with their needs and budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales floor, conducting product demonstrations, handling inquiries, processing orders and billing, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, following up on leads,



supporting promotional activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure stock availability and excellent customer service. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications
Proven sales and customer service skills, with experience in retail or luxury goods preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
Basic numeracy and computer skills for billing, inventory updates, and maintaining sales records.
Understanding of jewelry products, materials, and design trends, or willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to work on-site in Shahkot, including weekends and peak seasons, as per business needs.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle pressure professionally.
