Role Description This is a full-time Advertising Specialist role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Delhi, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Advertising Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote ALW Leather’s products and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, managing ad budgets, creating and reviewing ad copy and creatives, coordinating with designers and marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance,



analyzing data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversion. The Advertising Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align advertising efforts with commercial goals and customer insights.
