Role Description The Assistant Manager Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving sales growth for Shasta Freight’s pharmaceutical and engineering logistics services. In this role, the individual will identify and develop current business opportunities,



nurture existing client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and support revenue targets. The Assistant Manager Sales will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with compliance and service standards.
Qualifications
