Job Description:

? Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Tax Manager with minimum 3 years of practical experience in Taxation, and Compliance.

? Key Responsibilities

GST Compliances
● Manage GST registrations, amendments, cancellations, and ISD registrations
● Ensure timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B (monthly/quarterly) and GSTR-9 / 9C
● Handle GST notices, audits, reconciliations, and client representations
● Provide advisory support on GST queries and applicability
● Track and communicate GST law, rule, and notification updates to clients

TDS & Income Tax Compliances
● Oversee monthly TDS payments and quarterly TDS return filings
● Review TDS workings and challans shared by clients
● Manage and respond to TDS / Income-tax notices and rectifications
● Compute and monitor advance tax liabilities for clients

Payroll & Labour Law Compliances
● Manage payroll-related compliances including PT, PF, and ESIC
● Handle registrations, returns, payments, and reconciliations for PT, PF & ESIC
● Supervise individual income-tax return (ITR) filings





Entity & Statutory Registrations
● Manage entity formations (Private Limited, LLP, Partnership, Proprietorship)
● Handle tax and non-tax registrations across departments and authorities

Client Coordination & Compliance Management
● Act as primary point of contact for all taxation-related client matters
● Ensure all statutory compliances are completed before due dates
● Maintain structured documentation and records as per company SOPs
● Coordinate internally with accounting, payroll, and compliance teams

Governance & Controls
● Implement compliance calendars and internal review controls
● Ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence across clients
