Job Description:

Role Overview

This role is a hybrid of marketing execution and financial content creation. You will contribute to campaigns, events, and digital engagement while also producing high-quality financial content for brand building, thought leadership, and client education.
It’s ideal for someone who is both creative and finance-savvy, with solid communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Thought Leadership
- Draft articles, newsletters, investor updates, and blogs.
- Create scripts/captions for reels, stories, and educational videos.
- Convert leadership insights into thought leadership content for LinkedIn, media, and speaking engagements.
- Ensure all content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and compliant with SEBI/AMFI guidelines.

Marketing Campaigns & Events
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, emailers, landing pages, and social media.
- Coordinate client events, B2B engagements, and webinars (logistics, branding, promotions).
- Track campaign performance and present insights to leadership.




- Drive community engagement (e.g., “Road to ₹100 Crore” WhatsApp group).

Research & Insights
- Stay updated on markets, investment strategies, and financial regulations.
- Simplify complex financial concepts into relatable, actionable content.
- Generate fresh ideas for storytelling and brand positioning.

Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with sales, advisors, vendors, and speakers.
- Maintain marketing trackers and report KPIs.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across platforms.
