Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Supervise manpower and shop floor operations efficiently.
- Maintain production quality and minimize rejection/rework.




- Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
- Follow safety standards and company production procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement activities.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of fabrication, assembly, and machining operations
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Valuable leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities
