Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven B2B Sales Executive for our Tours & Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for developing B2B business, generating leads, handling travel agents/corporate clients, and increasing sales through partnerships and business networking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and B2B partners.
- Generate new business opportunities for domestic and international travel packages.
- Promote holiday packages, hotel bookings, visa services, flight bookings, and MICE services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct client meetings and business presentations.
- Build solid agent networks in assigned territories.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.




- Coordinate with operations team for smooth customer service and booking process.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Tours & Travel industry.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate handling.
- Lead generation and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Tours & Travel industry.
- Must have local market knowledge of Ahmedabad, Surat, or Vadodara.
