Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Support end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as software engineers, QA, DevOps, product, data, and more.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify quality talent.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring.
Follow up with candidates and interviewers to collect timely feedback.
Assist with campus hiring, recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives.




Track hiring metrics and support recruitment reporting.
