Lead how Sovos designs, operates, and scales AI across the business

Sovos is transforming how the world's businesses navigate an increasingly complex tax and regulatory landscape, while simultaneously reinventing how we build software. Within the Office of the CTO, the Sovos Platform organization is growing our AI Platform team - responsible for LLMOps foundation, tooling, and architectural patterns that let every engineering team at Sovos build and ship with AI responsibly and effectively.

We're looking for an AI Tech Lead to guide that foundation from the inside. You will sit at the intersection of platform engineering, architecture, and enablement - leading the technical decisions that shape our LLMOps practice, guiding the engineers who build it, and acting as the connective tissue between the AI Platform team and every other team at Sovos learning to build with these tool
