About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – International Sales to expand our global customer base and drive B2B sales across international markets.

This is a sales-focused role responsible for international business development, client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.



Develop new international B2B business opportunities and acquire new customers.
2. Build and manage long-term relationships with international clients.
3. Generate leads through email, , trade portals, and networking.
4. Conduct virtual sales meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
7. Monitor international market trends and identify current business opportunities.
8. Represent the company in overseas customer meetings, international exhibitions, and business visits as required.
9. Should be proficient in using import-export databases/software, tracking international market prices, monitoring price trends, and analyzing competitor and market pricing.

Requirements

1. 3–8 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
2. Experience in International Sales or Export Business Develop
