Position Overview

Job Title- Illiquid Asset Operations: Valuation Governance

Location - Bangalore, India

Role Description

The candidate will be part of the Illiquid Asset Operations team and will contribute to the valuation governance function for alternative funds across diverse illiquid asset classes. The role will support periodic review of valuation reports, assessment and remediation of significant valuation exceptions, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness, accuracy, andtimelyavailability of supporting valuation documentation. The candidate will also contribute to the preparation and coordination of Valuation Committee materials, minute-taking, follow-up actions, escalation tracking, and governance record maintenance. The role includes supporting initial and periodic due diligence of valuation service providers,engagementand ongoing oversight processes, and onboarding or documentation of new or enhanced valuation models. In addition, the role will help deliver robust management reporting,



support incident and findings tracking, and drive continuous process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.

Your key responsibilities
- Assistin the periodic review of valuation reports for alternative and illiquid asset classes.
- Review significantvaluationexceptions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to supporttimelyremediation.
- Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Fund CFO teams, Risk, and other stakeholders to collect relevant valuation documentation and supporting evidence.
- Prepare andconsolidatematerials for Valuation Committee meetings, including minute-taking, follow-up action tracking, escalation monitoring, and governance records.
- Support the IAO Valuation Governance team withinitialand periodic due diligence reviews of valuation service providers.
