About The Role

We're building a next-generation AI Services business (MAS) and are looking for a Strategy & GTM Lead to help shape, scale, and accelerate growth.

This is not a typical strategy role. You will operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and customer insight—owning critical levers that drive revenue and market positioning.

We're looking for someone high-agency, deeply curious, and AI-native—someone who doesn't just analyze problems but builds solutions from scratch.





What You'll Do
- Own & Optimize the Sales Engine
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and identify opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and deal quality
- Work closely with sales teams to remove bottlenecks and drive predictable growth
- Design Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Build and iterate pricing models (pilots, contracts, enterprise deals)
- Experiment with cutting-edge pricing structures aligned to customer value
- Drive GTM & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to build the MAS brand
- Generate high-quality inbound and outbound leads for the sales team
- Lead Events & Market Presence
- Conceptualize and run events (online/offline) to drive awareness and pipeline
- Represent MAS in customer and ecosystem conversations
- Shape the Value Proposition
- Continuously refine the business narrative and positioning
- Translate product capabilities into compellin
